Goblin

Goblins are small humanoid creatures found in large numbers all across Avaren. They stand an average of three feet tall and have grey-green skin and oversized heads which house even larger mouths filled with sharp, pointy teeth. Goblins absolutely love “salvaging” everything they can get their hands on, frequently dismantling perfectly serviceable items to put together as something else that they prefer the look of. They are, however, natural born craftsmen and as such are often found wearing and using equipment of a quality that does not match its appearance.

Boggarts
Boggarts are a slightly larger subspecies of goblin, known for short tempers and a love of violence. Were one to ask another goblin their opinion of boggarts, they would tell you that it is boggarts who give goblins a bad name. While this is not entirely true, it is most often boggarts, rather than goblins, who attack travelers and raid the settlements of other races. Boggart society is similar to that of other goblins, but it is unheard of for a boggart to attempt to live amongst humans. Unlike goblins, who are at home amongst humans and (to a limited extent) dwarves, boggarts are mildly xenophobic and simply being around living members of other races makes them uncomfortable.
